On March 28th, 2009, the Bol Punjab De Team hit Vallejo CA in full force, with a full display of dynamic sound and lighting. Bay Area’s Favorite Bhangra Djs rocked a crowd of 300+ with the latest bhangra, hip hop and top 40s beats. Heres a few pics from the event.
Last weekend The Bhangra Knightz and the Bol Punjab De Dholis rocked southern California at the CSUN Bhangra Competition, placing third amonst some of the top rated bhangra teams of North America. I was playing basketball at the gym the other night and everytime me and one of my boys scored, we would bust out a whole bhangra sequence. The two of us being the only desi guys on the court, you could imagine the weird looks we were getting. I guess you can’t stop Punjabis from expressing themselves.
